The type, quantity, brand/model, and sales price including all taxes of the products and/or services subject to sale are specified on the order page. • PrecastX Temperature Sensors (PX-Sens): Wireless temperature sensors for concrete curing monitoring. Thermocouple temperature reading (3 channels), ambient temperature and humidity measurement, battery-powered, long-range wireless communication. • PrecastX Gateway Devices (PX-Base): Central communication devices that collect data from sensors and transmit to the cloud platform. 4G/LTE cellular connectivity, industrial-grade enclosure. • PrecastX Platform Access: Real-time sensor data monitoring, analysis, reporting, and team management services through web and mobile applications. The basic characteristics of the products are available on the order page and product detail pages. Product images are for illustration purposes.

The total sales price including all taxes (VAT) of the products and/or services subject to the Agreement is displayed to the Buyer on the order summary page. • Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY). • Shipping/delivery costs are specified separately on the order summary page. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs for orders within Turkey are covered by the Seller. • For installment sales, the monthly installment amount, number of installments, and total amount are shown on the order summary page. • No additional fees are charged to the Buyer beyond the product price (unless otherwise stated on the order page).

Payment can be made through the following methods: • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and other supported card networks. Payment is processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption. • Installment Payment by Bank/Credit Card: Installment options from supported banks are offered during the order process. • Bank Transfer/EFT: Payment via transfer to the Seller's bank account (Türkiye İş Bankası, Eryaman/Ankara Branch, IBAN: TR69 0006 4000 0014 2680 8265 17). Credit card information is not stored by the Seller; all payment transactions are processed through the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure.

• Delivery address: The address specified by the Buyer in the order form. • Delivery method: Through contracted cargo companies. • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation (standard), 1-2 business days (express; subject to additional charge). • Maximum delivery time: 30 (thirty) days from order confirmation. • The Buyer must inspect the products in the presence of the cargo officer at the time of delivery and have a report prepared if damage is found. • Subject to force majeure events, if the Seller fails to fulfill its obligation within 30 days, the Buyer may terminate the Agreement.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal: • An email can be sent to sumer682003@yahoo.com. • A written notification (letter or fax) can be sent. • It is sufficient for the withdrawal declaration to be directed to the Seller within the 14-day period. In case of withdrawal: • The product must be returned complete and undamaged, with its box, packaging, and standard accessories. • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. • The Seller will refund the total amount within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the Seller. • The refund is made through the same payment method used by the Buyer and does not create any additional cost for the Buyer.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: • Products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs. • Products that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass. • Products whose protective elements (packaging, tape, seal) have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons. • Digital content and platform access services where performance has commenced during the withdrawal period with the Buyer's consent. • Products whose prices fluctuate depending on financial market conditions.

• All PrecastX sensor and gateway devices are covered by a 2 (two) year manufacturer warranty from the delivery date. • Consumer's legal rights regarding defective goods and services under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, refund, proportionate price reduction) are reserved. • Situations outside warranty coverage: improper use, unauthorized intervention, use contrary to user manual, normal wear and tear. • Warranty applications can be made to sumer682003@yahoo.com.

For disputes arising from this Agreement: • For disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, applications can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees. • For disputes exceeding this value, applications can be made to Consumer Courts. • The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made. • Applicable law: Turkish Law. • Authorized court: Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices. The Buyer may appeal Consumer Arbitration Committee decisions to the Consumer Court.

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation for the purpose of informing the Buyer before the conclusion of the distance contract. The Buyer confirms electronically before order confirmation that they have read this form, understood its contents, and accepted it. The information contained in this form is valid on the order date and becomes an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement upon order confirmation.
