Return Process

1. Contact our support team at destek@precastx.com
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Ship the product back using the provided label
4. Refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt

All PrecastX sensors and gateways come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Platform access is provided for the duration specified in your package. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
